I sent 2 photos, SASE, LoR.
Address I used:
Hawaii Five-O
CBS Television Studios
Eye Production, Inc.
605 Kapiolani Blvd
Honolulu, HI 96813
Hawaii State, USA
It's totally correct address, I emailed with the CBS channel (the department, who deals with fans) and they gave me it.
I sent it in November 2013, approximately on 24th
I got it in February 2014, on 27th
The signatures got blurry due to my stupid postman, who put the letter not in the box, but simply left it, so it got wet a bit due to the snow.

I read the forum and am beginning to understand however Royal Mail here in United Kingdom don't sell IRCs any more so how do I go about making sure the Self address envelope will get back to me with the right amount of postage

well done falleness , i'm waiting for a reply myself from alex with antisipation.
emsee_b there are posts around this forum (eg. wanted section) about how to get stamps.
my method is to buy 'global forever' stamps from ebay.co.uk and then check on usps website for value needed for the envelope required.
(it depends on weight too but, I've found it is often 1 stamp for a c6 envelope, 2 stamps for c5 envelope and 3 stamps for c4 envelope etc.)
