Sent email on 19th march and received auto today. Its a personalised PP which is confusing lol! Email addy used was: email at julianbelfrage.co.uk

I doubt it's a PP. How can you tell? Is there another signed photo just like it that you've seen before? Never saw a PP from Judi Dench.

She sends presigned photos...photos that were signed and are ready to send out.

...the same way you can have a personalized PP...
You presign a bunch of photos, then either you or a secretary adds the personalization when a request comes in...
If you're the one who does the personalizing, it can be hard to tell (but not impossible). Sec personalized presigned photos are a lot easier to judge.
