Received authentically signed 8x10 photo; I provided a 5x7 and return envelope with UK Postage on it. Photo was not personalized - so likely signed in advance. Sent in in sturdy photo mailer - they taped my return envelope to it. Used address in database took about three weeks. Received April 5th 2014.
