I don't think this a pre-print. I believe he has 2 different PPs that he sends out. When you send out your own photo I think its authentic. I've seen 2 authentic successes so far. This one and another one that was personalized.

I sent my own pics and got a PP. SO far I have seen only two apparently authentic replies, the rest have been PPs. I think he has several PP photos to send out.

What do you think the authenticity is on the OP's? Have seen him send this photo to anyone else? So far I have only seen 2 different PPs, unless this is a PP, but I haven't seen this photo yet. I saw one person who got an authentic personalized, and this one, if it's authentic from the agency. I also saw an authentic reply via a private address though. Do you think he's just signing a couple when he has time?

Honestly I have no idea. His replies are so random that it's dificult to determine anything. This photo is new to me. But generally I'd say that what looks like signed in ball point pen and you can't actually see traces of the pen on the photo, it's a PP.
