Björn Borg Email Failure

July 16: sent an email to customerservice at bjornborg.com requesting for his autograph
July 17: got this response:
Björn has no longer a operational role in the company more than that we have his name on our products.
However, we have great contact with Bjorn who occasionally come in to the office and visit. He then get his fan letters that comes to us.

If you want an autograph, you're welcome to send a letter to Björn with the address that you see below in my signature.
But we are unable to say when you will get an answer from Björn because we never know when he will visit
