She's always been replying to fan mail, people just don't ever post it. I got her last year using the Disney address but it only took about 3 months.

Well the deal with Dove's autographs are the signature is pre-printed. Some one wrote the personalization out though. I got the exact same photo from her and the signature is exactly the same. So the autograph is not real. I'm 100% sure on this too.
