I sent a fan letter/letter of request, 1 photo to be signed and a SASE around July 12, 2014 and received the personalized signed photo back on August 20! I am so happy! Used this address:

Just a question.... it says on her website "PLEASE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL MEMORABILIA TO BE SIGNED". I'd like to get her autograph, so do I just send the SASE?? I'm confused.

If you want my honest advice I think you should not bother as she doesn't sign anyway and hasn't for a good number of years. The autograph above is not hers, she uses a secretary.

I'd still like to try. It doesn't cost all that much. I noticed some people use the Carmel address as opposed to the LA one. Maybe that would be a smater choice since she lives in Carmel?

But then again, her website specifically says to send it to LA.

And what about a photo?? include or not??

Yes you can send a photo. I sent 2 photos too the Carmel address and they were signed by her sec back too me
I wish you luck but I'm pretty sure she doesn't sign and I read recently that she has dementia and she is know as her real name now and doesn't respond too doris day anymore.

She looked fine and healthy out in public this spring on her 90th Birthday. Ps....they sang Happy Birthday Dear Doris at the party at the golf country club.
