Unfortunately, I believe that they are not authentic and signed by her secretary Felicia. Kayla sent a photo to Felicia, and Felicia's handwriting matches the ones coming back from "Britney."
http://imgur.com/oKfEkNJ There is a really slim chance to get an authentic from Britney TTM. I know one person got an authentic pre-signed promo photo, but the rest seem to be signed by Felicia.
