Sent:1 photo,LOR,SAE,IRC and two panini trading cards on sept 11.
Receieved:photo and two cards back unsigned without my IRC today(Oct 13)

Im really disappointed with this success..I was really happy when i got a letter but everything was unsigned in it plus they kept my IRC.That's really not nice from Chelsea..Im definetely not sending them again!

I think you will find they didn't "keep" your IRC, they used it to pay to return your items. Disappointing yes, but you have to expect this to happen when collecting autographs from time to time.

I think you will find they didn't "keep" your IRC, they used it to pay to return your items. Disappointing yes, but you have to expect this to happen when collecting autographs from time to time.

Absolutely right. They had two options, send nothing back to you and you lose your cards or use your IRC to at least send your cards back, albeit unsigned. Out of the two options, the latter is the better one I guess.

Yes,I know they don't..but the thing is that two weeks ago I had a success from the UK where I sent an IRC and they seem to have used my IRC to send me my photos back signed.It's okay,Im not fed up or anything maybe Cech wasnt there or didnt have time to sign.

Not sure I get your point... it would be something of a fallacy to suggest just because you got a response from someone two weeks ago, and they used your IRC to send signed items back, that this is always the case. They're not going to pay to send the items back to you just because they are not signed for whatever reason.

I absolutely agreed with what you're saying.Yes,it is to a certain extent kind of them that they at least sent the photos back using my IRC's value.I was just trying to emphasize the fact that they could've sent a not that he can't sign or something.

From experience you would have a much better chance of success by using the clubs training ground.

This is the address suggested by the club when I contacted them, although it does come down to the individual players to respond (Cech did for me)

The players generally only attend the ground for games, where as they are at the training ground daily.

The address as advised by Chelsea is:
