Fernando Valenzuela Failure

I know that I no one has had success with Fernando Valenzuela, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. I'm working on an anniversary project for my grandparents and he is one of my grandma's favorite baseball players.
I received the letter I originally sent back in the SASE, with nothing else.

Fernando only accepts fanmail c/o the LA Dodgers. Send him an lor, sase and whatever you want signed there. He usually will only sign 1 item per request.
I got him there back in August. Since the season is over it may be best to wait until April to try him there. I'm not really sure if he's in and out during the off season or not.
