About 3 months later I got it back signed. But he sent it back with a note that I had to send him $20 because he doesn't do it he does it for a company called The Hero Initiative so he has to get paid

FYI, the Hero Initiative is a charity. So it's not like he kept the money.

I didn't know it was a charity organization but I didn't think he just pocketed the money.
