I really didn't expect to get this back given the circumstances.
I sent a LOR, SASE and his rookie card to Busch Stadium on August 21, 2014
Yesterday, November 1st I received the card back signed.
RIP

That is awesome. I mailed him early in the season...maybe I'll see mine.

Nice success. So sad that he is gone. Very talented baseball player and from what I've heard a very nice person.

Nice try. First, that isn't even close to Oscar's signature. Second, the card in the photo is from the Topps 2014 Baseball Update set, which wasn't released until October 15, so there's no way you mailed it on August 21.

First and foremost, you aren't supposed to post about authenticity unless asked. You seem to do this all over the place, interjecting yourself into people's threads unasked. You're nothing more than a troll. I have no reason to lie as its for my personal collection and I have no intention of selling, plus it wouldn't be worth much anyway. And maybe you should be a little more knowledgeable before you troll, hobby shop owners receive complete sets up to four months in advance of general sale dates.

First and foremost, I can and will post anything I want, whenever I want, especially when busting frauds like yours.
Second, Topps ships all of their cards via FedEx the day before the official release date so they arrive on the day of release. No one gets them early.
Third, no it would be worth quite a lot if it were genuine but it's worth nothing now that people know you forged it and that it would have been impossible for you to mail a card two months before it ever saw the light of day.
Bottom line, you tried to pass yourself off as having gotten something unique and you got busted.
Oh, by the way, if you received this card November 1st it would have been mailed to you around October 29th (give or take) and Oscar flew back to the DR on October 19th.

You're a troll with no life, you go around the boards and shit on every post you interject to. You never have anything constructive to add. Go kill yourself.

One other point about your claim that "hobby shop owners receive complete sets up to four months in advance of general sale".
One of the cards in that same set is A.J. Pierzynski in a Cardinal uniform. A.J. didn't even sign with the Cardinals until July 26th. So you're saying that Topps not only predicted the injury to Molina but also the signing of A.J. (necessitated by the Molina injury) and created and printed a card of A.J. in a Cardinal uniform months before it even happened?
Nice try, loser.
