Yeah, it's definitely real! I don't know what the deal with mine is, though... it seems that everyone is getting their requests fulfilled, except me (I sent in mid-September).

Hey, at least I'm not the only one then!

I sent a letter to him in September 2014 and haven't got a reply. Is he replying to overseas letters?

I sent a request in 2013 and still nothing. I send a request in early 2014, still nothing
