I sent an email requesting an autograph early December (email: victoria at julianbelfrage.co.uk) and received a signed personalised print about a month later.

Should be clearer when you describe what you actually received too. Personalised print makes it sound like a Pre-print that someone wrote the name on, which is not the case. I have one from Judi and it is not a PP.
