so both of you UK, so i think hr doesnt sign autogrphs t another country, or i dont know

I'm in the USA and I was able to get his autograph so he does sign if you live in a different country. For UK autographs use UK stamps on the SASE. You'll have a better chance at success than if you just send a SAE with no postage.
