I've been waiting a similar time too.

I've seen loads of people recently who say they got a reply back in 2-3 weeks. I've just sent off to David, if I don't hear back in three weeks I'm gonna assume it's not coming.

I think he's kind of hit or miss-if he's off filming those letters get missed but once he comes back he starts signing.

I also think I included a SAE-no uk stamps so maybe that's my problem!

Sending a SAE instead of a SASE may indeed have something to do with it. I sent to Mr. Tennant twice. The first time I sent just a SAE and I didn't get a response. Over a year later I was able to get some UK Doctor Who stamps and I tried again with a SASE. I received my photo back signed a couple of months later.

sorry to be dense, but what's the difference between SAE and SASE? I've always thought you put stamps on a self addressed envelope anyway?
