Yes I noticed that these spam posts (topics) that appear every day on the forum are now starting to spam in the middle of people's topics.

It's never going to stop and it gets worse and worse. If they delete their account they will just make another one. If they IP block they will use a proxy or someone else's computer. There's no way to stop it.
