do i need to prepare a stamped envelope for him to reply the mail?? coz i am not able to find any england stamps in HK.

No, you don't. Chelsea replies without any stamps, money or IRC from you. I usually send IRC but sometimes i send only SAE and they always reply.

I think stamp is necessary. I've tried without it but they never replied.

Yes, as far as possible, it's better put something. But i've sent to Hazard only SAE, in envelope to Mourinho i've sent 5 Pounds bill and received cash back with signed photos.
