Around the middle of March i sent a letter and a SASE with my address on it to George RR Martin (sent to address in the database) and today in the mail received a signed bookplate.

I'm really thrilled with this, as I'm new to TTM collecting, and he is one of my favorite writers, and this is my first success :D

Congratulations. On both your success and that it's your first success. I got mine from him yesterday.

eti1208: It's a little bigger than I was expecting (Maybe 3 x 4. I don't have it with me right now so I can't check.) so a regular legal-sized envelope won't work. The envelope I sent was around 5 x 7 or so.

It is the size of a baseball card..but it will fit in a normal 3 5/8 X 6 1/2 letter envelope..

I measured mine last night. It's 4 in. by 6 in. and is oriented vertically. It looks like pageturner415's card is oriented horizontally.
