Bear Grylls Success

I sent an email to the info centre for Scouts http://www.beargrylls.com/contact/ on the 5th April I got a massive picture of Bear yesterday. I'm really happy with it! It took 12 days which is quite good.

Is there a way other then sending an actual letter to get a proper autograph?
