Depending on the number of autograph cards you request, you must include an envelope of the following size. For requests WORLDWIDE:
up to 4 autograph cards 0,75 € DIN A5 long
up to 8 autograph cards 1,50 € DIN A5 long
complete set (subject to availability) 3,45 € DIN C5

Nope, it was address of training centre from database (Sabener Strasse 51-57).

What German sausage would you recommend? A small long one or a short thick one? Which one would satisfy you the most?
