Hi - it's 'thismorning at itv.com' - I used this a while ago to get mine too. I basically wrote an email similar to the letters I write. Say hello, say a few things the celebrity does that you enjoy. Wish them all the very best. Include your postal address. Should be fine! good luck!

I didn't because it was an email request, so they just sent right back to me. If it's TTM you would, yes, but if it's email, generally, you don't.
