I sent a request in the same way but haven't heard anything as yet. Out of curiosity, are you in the states? I'm wondering if maybe they don't send PPs abroad due to the extra expense of postage

Yes I am in the states and that could very well be true them not sending out of country, nothing surprises me with our government lol

Not sending "autographed" 8x10s out of the country on the taxpayer's dime would actually be something they do right. The sitting president has no franking privileges.

If getting one matters so much to you, try sending a SASE. They may still not send one, but it's worth a try. It's also possible that you just haven't waited long enough.
