I sent LOR, SASE and 2 photos to Emilia Clarke, received back another photo signed and a letter from the agency.

It was a super fast success, as I sent and received the autograph back in Spain.

This is my first success, so I want to thank the fanmail community for all the adresses and advices given in this forum!

Congrats! It is a lovely picture. I hope to get one of her in character though.

This ones actually a bit rarer than the Game of Thrones ones. I much prefer it. Good success

Rarer in what sense?

I would assume that she'd sign the same number batch each time. These are just newer, and, as such, not as many have been mailed out yet.

Ive only seen a handful of these sent out, she may have signed the same amount as the Danerys pics, but so far thats the one that's primarily been sent.

That's because you're looking at this the wrong way.

If you look, you'll see what happened is that she signed X number of those, but not an infinite supply. They recently (within the last few months) ran out of those & these are the replacement. This is based on the fact that they haven't sent a single one of those since they started sending these. That also wasn't the first picture they sent, assuming you're talking about that single image, rather than a character shot in general.

They are, of course, going to get more requests in a time period of Y months (Y being the amount of time that it took them to exhaust their supply of the last pic) than they'll have gotten in the few since they started with this one.

There is no "primary picture". They have a single image that they send until they run out. Then they switch. Everyone who writes them between the time they started with these pictures & the time they run out will receive this picture.

What you're describing is, essentially, an illusion created by:

1) the time you started paying attention to the present (it's easier for someone to pick out the pattern if they had watched them cycle through past photos than for someone who watched them send out their entire supply of the last ones then start sending a [so far] limited number of these)

2) your limited view (not everyone who collects is a member of this site & not everyone who gets a photo from them is a collector, so you aren't seeing the whole picture)

I never said there was a 'primary picture' - im just saying that the ones they normally send out are usually the signed character shots of Daenerys. Dont be so patronising, i know how this works. Ive seen at least 2 changes in the usual photos left on this site as feedback from her, and my point was 9 times out of 10 it has been a Thrones character shot. I have seen a couple of these reported, and then a few more character shots after that, so the agency obviously assume the Thrones pictures are more popular and so send more of them. That makes this a less common photo for people to receive - making it a rarer picture. Who even cares? I was just making an observation.

The maturity level has gone so downhill on this site that you can't even have a civil conversation with someone without them choosing to read an attitude into your post, jumping down your throat for the attitude they perceived was there, and ending it with "what difference does it make".
