On 6-2-15, sent LOR and SASE, received a SP on 6-30-15.
This is a fan-run site for American fans of Pegg. According to the webmaster, every few months he sends her a stack of signed pics to send out to his fans here.
If you send an item it won't be signed or, worse, discarded. All the details are on the site.

BTW, you should still write a nice letter to him. She decides who gets a signed pic, and is very nice.

Update: it's an 8x10 size.

She's a very nice lady. I don't know if she forwards any fanmail to him or not.
My guess is that Simon just sends her a stack of these signed pics every few months.
If you really want to make sure he at least gets a letter, I'd try VV or an agency address.

I'm Harmony Carrigan, webmaster of Simon Pegg's official website (SimonPegg.net).

All autographs received from the U.S. Post Office Box are authentic, signed by Simon Pegg himself. As long as the address receives a SASE, a photo will be sent in return. Please don't send items to be signed to the U.S. address. They will be returned, we have never discarded anything at this location.

We usually have a limited supply of 8x10 photographs. The majority of them are 4x6 in size, so a smaller SASE can be sent (it's also cheaper for you). They're all great looking photographs.

If you are not in the United States, he also has a U.K. Post Office Box.
