Did you send it to the Texans or to JJ Watt himself? If you send it to the facility, you'll probably get it back unsigned. If you send it to JJ himself, there's a high chance he'll get it.

I sent it to his house address.. Others got successes from that address but I may have just got unlucky

I have had no luck myself. His foundation in Wisconsin is ran by his mom so if you call there you can talk to her. She said they quite signing stuff that came to the foundation because they had way to much. I am thinking about maybe sending a donation with an autograph request in the off season when he goes back home. Worse case scenario the donation went to a good cause, he does great things.
