For a while now, he will only sign blank IC's TTM...atleast from my experience.

I wonder why he is only signing blank cards.

Joe has sent a signed index card for 15 + years.

But this one looks strange, very unlike any of the Joe autographs I've seen either ttm or IP. Might want to check that one against his autograph.

Joe Morgan does not sign anything but an index card through the mail. Like the others have said its been years since he signed memorabilia for free.

i got Joe in Person on a ball back in 1994. He is not always friendly.

The index card autograph has changed through the years.
