Peyton Manning Failure

Sent a letter and a 8x10 photo to the Broncos training address on 9/19/2015 and got my package back on 9/25/2015 with the letter missing and my unsigned photo. Really they can't just hold the stuff and maybe one day he'll sign them. They just open it, take the letters and send the stuff back.
I wonder how they decide what items to pass on to Manning for him to sign and what letters to read.
