Sorry, looks like you got the same thing everyone has gotten recently. This is a stamp that has been traced over by someone with a marker... But it wasn't Fats Domino.
After being a great singer for years Fats has slowed down and hasn't been signing fan mail for a while now. Everyone is getting either a stamp or the stamp traced with marker like you did.
