I sent a letter and SAE to Jeff on: 20th June 2015, and a few months later, I recieved this signed and personalized photo back.
address I used was:

Leeds

I have also sent a SAE with a birthday card for Jeff to sign in January for my friends 50th birthday this month but haven't received a reply either.
