I know this for a fact, a good friend of mine lived next to him. Good luck, in the past he was notorious for charging quite a bit and that was before his financial legal trouble.

I checked out his website and he's charging $25 for a signed photo that you can order from him, amongst other collectibles. Not sure if he'd sign a card for free looking at that, but it might be worth a shot. Thanks.
