Tried last year to get Coach Williams autographed TTM by sending a picture for him to sign but I was returned since he only signs by UNC staff approved purchase. So I was approved to buy and received an 8x10 yesterday signed by coach Williams.

there will never be another coach like dean smith nor coach k, both would sign anything you sent them and by asking nicely and never charged anything for themselves nor the university, i also got autograph pics from Coach gary williams when he was at Maryland and one from Tony Bennett from UVA at no cost, Coach Smith and Coach K would sign anything you sent as long as you sent a self stamped address, if you asked for an autograph they would send you an 8x10 autograph pics from their office . Coach Williams can never fill Coach Smith's shoes when it comes to treating UNC fans with a simple autograph without asking for money for their employer,
