ON 02/03/2016 I sent a SASE along with two index cards and a short letter to Hank Jr. asking if he would sign the index cards. Today on 02/19/2016 I got the index cards back signed and he also included a signed color photo of himself.

No, I always send in a photo sized envelope with paid shipping. I am guessing the photo did not add enough to make a difference.
