Mailed out my letter, a trading card and a SASE to Mr. Dean Butler at the Legacy Documentaries address in the database on February 16 , and today, March 1, it came back RTS.

My scanner is down, so I'm unable to upload the picture, but just two months shy of five years after I sent my second request, I received my trading card back today signed using the second address provided. As it's been so long, I have no idea if the address is still good. I sent a SASE, hand-written LOR, and a trading card from the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
