Athletic Club Bilbao e-mail (kinda) Success!

I've sent an e-mail to Athletic Bilbao http://www.athletic-club.eus/en/contact-us.html asking for an autograph from De Marcos. A month later i got this full team autograph pre print photo and a letter saying that they can't send autographs from players individually via e-mail requests.
