I sent a LOR, picture, and SASE to Joe Theismann JRT Associates, INC 21495 Ridgetop Circle Suite 304A Sterling, VA 20166 on 4/08/16 and received my picture back signed on 4/22/16. According to his website, he charges $5 per signature. I was unaware and sent mine without money and still got one. He signs well and even added "SB XVII Champ" which looks nice. Sorry, I can't figure out how to upload a picture.
