I sent an email to the studio fan mail email address of Tim Allen timallen@studiofanmail.com requesting for an autographed photo of him and within 3 weeks I received one in the post.

Tim Allen responds authentically by mail. SFM sends preprints (e.g., non-authentic autographs.) If you're happy with them, great, but it's worth the effort to send Tim a photo, LOR and SASE.
