Avicii failure

on the 18/5/16I sent Avicii an e-mail to
info@atnightmgmt.com and today I received an e-mail back saying it was not possible to send me an autograph

I think i was one the first one on sending emails to them the last year (2015) (before the madness of a lot of people getting some autographs) but I never got an answer, and i tryed again and i got that DISAPPOINTING answer too.
(I hate when that things happens but btw good luck in your collection
)

I got this email today as well
"Nice to meet you and thank you for your email.
We would love to send autographs to everyone who writes to us, but unfortunately we can't due to the high volume of requests we receive.
