Instead of the CIC I sent, they sent me an 8x10 that Mr. Goodell signed and mailed in back in their own 8x10 envelope. They didn't send back my CIC or SASE. I couldn't tell but I looked at the back of the picture in the sunlight and you can see the bleed of the pen so I'm pretty sure it's legitimate. Also, they sent me a letter, even though pretty generic, by NFL Public Relations.
