Is there a list of Detroit Tigers players that are a part of this charity Foundation? Should I just assume all the Detroit Tiger players are apart of this and won't autograph anything without payment?

The link below is from 2016, so use it as a guide. The players have different prices. I sent $10 to Fulmer with a 2017 Topps Heritage maybe a month ago? I think I read somewhere they send them all back at once at the end of the season, so could be a little wait.
