Sent a LOR, SASE, and TC to :

Mr. Dave Parker
2047 Seymour Ave
Cincinnati, OH 45237

Sent : 10/28/16
Received : 11/15/16

It didn't come as an RTS, but cards came back in my SASE unsigned. Sounds like he sent them back, maybe indicating that he charges. Don't know if he charges or not. Going to try again with money to see if it's a success.

According to the list I have, he charges $20 for a card.

Just try $20 with this address? Or do you have another mailing address?

The book I have has a different address in Cincinnati listed as an old address, so I would stick with that one. Also, it says money order only on my list. Good luck to you.

www.pastpros.com is what he uses for his ttm requests. They are good to work with.

THE COBRA Dave Parker has had Parkinson's disease since 2013 . He is unable to sign anymore . I met him last month at a Casino & he shakes real bad . Super nice guy :)
