Sent 2 pics, letter, and SASE on 4-6-15, got back signed on 1-3-17.
He even drew little Penguin umbrellas on the pics. Nice touch.
I was trying out printing quality, and figured, "well, if he signs both, I'll keep one at the office."
Although it was sent to NY, the postmark was from IA, his home state. Note the postmark was on New Year's Eve, so he handled fanmail over the holiday break. What a guy!
