Ebay Buyer can't tell difference b/t real and copy?

Hi guys,
So I have been trying to sell some of my autographs, like the ones I have doubles of. So I posted on Ebay a Lot of autographs and in this lot I had John Carpenter Signed photo personalized to Me(Kayla) and Carl Muscarello personalized to me. So the Buyer gets them in the mail..and 3 days after he gets them....he contacts me claiming he is disappointed, and they are bad copies of the original autographs! WHAT?!
I explained to him about obtaining autographs ttm, and that carl onl signs authentically and john carpenter seems to as well. I even gave him the fanmail.biz address to look them up. and I explained how are they copies when they are personalized to me? and In the same ink and what not. I have not read anywhere that these folks send out copies.
So anyways, today he contacted me and said he is respectfully disagreeing with me.......ok...so now he wants a refund....which I'll be happy to do. But it looks to me either this guy has no clue what he is talking about...or is trying to get a portion of his money back...What do you all think about this? I would LOVE opinions.

I think the buyer is making a huge mistake. But if he wants a refund ten give it to him and let some other person buy it.

have him send the pics back.. once you get them refund the money..

some people will believe you some wont thats the thing with ebay

Thanks guys! I usually dont refund until i get the item back. He obviously has no clue whats he's doing.
