iPhone photo help!

Hello fanmail.biz! I was at a recent sporting event where I got an amazing picture of a particular athlete I would like to obtain an autograph from. The only problem is, I took it on my iPhone. I'm almost certain that if I blew this picture up to 8x10 size, it would absolutely horrendous so I didn't know if anyone has ever tried this before, and if they have any tips on making an iPhone photo clear enough to print on 8x10. The photo is below. Thanks in advance!
