CanadaPost rates almost doubling in 2014

This is a top news story today here in Canada, Regular stamps are going up from .63 to $1.00 each :neutral: If you buy them in packs they will only be .85 cents each lol This is a huge increase which is not good for us autograph collectors at all and I have no idea how much a oversize envelope is going to be now as it currently costs me $1.34 and I expect it will probably be more that $2.00 now. Also the other horrible thing they are doing is phasing out home mail delivery completely over the next 5 years and every street will have one of those big box things on the corner like newer neighbourhoods only have now which sucks because I like the home delivery. here is a article on the whole thing http://news.ca.msn.com/top-stories/cana ... l-delivery
I guess this just means I will be sending a few less requests out from now on and I will probably switch to 4x6 photos only to save a bit.
