American Idol Judging System

I've watched American Idol since, it first aired until, the season that your judging system proved to be "rigged" when Adam Lambert's American Idol win was stolen. It was obvious that, the reason why your judges and your system didn't allow him to win was because he admitted that, he is gay. Don't deny it because it's well known because he was so much better than the winner you chose for that season. However, I noticed a trend after that messed up season and that was since that season, none of your judges has allowed "NO OTHER CONTESTANT TO MAKE IT THROUGH TO THE TOP SPOTS TO PERFORM WHO IS A ROCK SINGER". Basically, if anyone sings any rock music, your judges will not let them through to Hollywood Week let alone the top 20. Over the past seasons since the season that Adam Lambert was on American Idol, rockers have appeared that were pretty great but, your judges refused to let them pass through. The only contestants that got through to Hollywood Week and beyond sung country or R&B music which made watching the remaining season of American Idol boring for the subsequent seasons. As a matter of fact, after the tryouts, if no rocker was put through at all, I wouldn't watch the remaining of that season. It could be that, none of your American Idol Judges like Rock Music and if that's the case, you need to get a judge that likes rock music to provide a more well-rounded judging panel. Mr. Lythgoe, I will be watching the tryouts for American Idol this season but, if no rockers are given a chance, I won't be watching the rest of the season again and I speak for my family, friends, and co-workers. You need to have your judges bring a more diverse range of singers back to American Idol. Otherwise, many more people will refuse to watch American Idol all together. Also, just because a contestant is gay or lesbian, it doesn't mean that they can't sing. After all, American Idol is a singing competition and what happened to deny Adam Lambert his win shouldn't have been allowed to happen. There are a lot of close-minded people in this world who, like nothing more than to force their views onto someone else and aren't happy without doing so and succeeded when, your judges gave into a bunch of close-minded people to deny Adam Lambert his win. It shouldn't matter what anyone sexual orientation is because it's a part of who they are but, it should matter only that they are good singers. Speak to your judges and allow more diverse song choices to be sung on American Idol. Without diversity, American Idol is "too boring" to watch. I love rock music and to tell you something about myself, I find Country to mind-numbing to listen to and R&B to be okay depending on how it's sung because some R&B singers have a rock-n-roll sound to them so, talk to your American Idol Judges please!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't continue to watch the same old boring thing and neither will a lot of other people. Feel free to contact me back if, you like because you may be too busy to pay attention to how American Idol is going down hill and fast.

You pay way too much attention to that show.. geesh... bet you watch Glee too.. You do realize that this is a site for assisting one another to get autographs not for you to vent your BS... If you do not like the show, then dont watch it.. I decided long ago not to waste my time with that show..in fact, I had that epiphany the first first season...

Adam Lambert didn't win So You Think You Can Dance Canada either and they say he also sang better than the winner. Do you think it was because he is gay? Looks like you have more complaining to do!
