Don Herbert (Mr wizard) Has died

Don Herbert who had a show called mr wizard died yesterday in his home. He was 89. His son said the cause of death was bone cancer. I grew up watching that show on nickelodeon. It was always on in the morning while I was getting ready for school. He will be missed.

That's really sad. :(

I don't think I ever saw his show - was he the 'science guy'?

I do remember my teacher showing old footage of him, but I don't think I ever saw it first-hand.
