How to use IMDB Pro.

Alright.
So if you look up a movie on IMDB pro, it tells you an address.
But is that the address you write to?

Not necessarily. Although, I've never used IMDb Pro before, I just know that they are not always are they 100% correct with the production companies they provide. So, I wouldn't necessarily expect the addresses to be correct either, although it's possible. Really couldn't tell you though...
