Don Lafontaine

One of the best voices to ever grace the entertainment industry, no one will be able to replace him. He was so kind to his fans and always seemed to accommodate them. I couldn't believe it when I read that he had died. RIP Don Lafontaine. 1940-2008

Just heard this very very sad news   I dont know what to say, the voice over for at least 5000 movies, and endless other things. We have all grown up with this voice.

He was so kind, that if someone asked him, if he could leave record a greeting for their mobile phone, he would say: when I get time I'll run it off for you"

I've just looked at some of his clips on youtube. Man this is sad.

What a lady, she even had her own page, on myspace.
