To thank all of Mariah's fans for downloading the new "Shake It Off Remix", mariahcarey.com will be giving an AUTOGRAPHED "Shake It Off Remix" picture to fans who send in their iTunes receipt to the address below (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST AND THEY WONÃ¢â‚¬â„¢T LAST LONG!) All receipts must be received by Wednesday, October 5th to be eligible.

Please include your full name, mailing address, phone # and email address along with your receipt.

GRAND PRIZE: All fans who send in their receipt on time will be eligible to win a
fly-away to HAVE DINNER WITH MARIAH! All you have to do is send in your receipt to the address below. They must arrive by October 5th to be eligible.
